Working with Kingston landlords
Kingston has a busy rental market as well as plenty of family homes, so we work for homeowners, landlords and businesses alike. Whatever the property, we focus on careful preparation, tidy working and a finish built to last.
For rental properties, time matters. We can turn a property around quickly between tenancies, repair wear and tear, and use hard-wearing, washable finishes that keep their looks for longer. We can work with your letting agent to arrange access.
